It is worth remembering that Dr Ian Medley was commissioned to carry out a Medical Expert Report on my behalf by our fabulous Solicitor Kendal. Not that this should be the case – but you would assume that if anything, the report would lean towards protecting me and identifying the many failings of the Police when they systematically physically and emotionally abused me for 54 hours at the Custody Suite.
Not so, far from it, Dr Medley deliberately fails to mention my time in foster homes and Dr Barnardos ( which is important because it contained very similar abandonment – an association) On this, please read 40 Features of Abandonment by Susan Anderson.
Medley then documents that I have –
1. PERSONALITY DISORDER
2.Traits of a CONDUCT DISORDER ANTI SOCIAL and IMPULSIVE DISORDER TRAIT
3. PARANOID/ NARCASSISTIC category of personality – with a tendency to see myself as a victim
4. DYSFUNCTIONAL PERSONALITY TRAIT
5. DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY -Now that is true – the only honest thing that came out of his mouth
6 .ANGER PROBLEMS
7. RUMINATIVE PREOCCUPATION WITH PERCEIVED INJUSTICE
8. REFRATORY SYMPTOMS
9 MY MEMORY OF THE EVENTS ( in his words were) SELECTIVE AND INCONSISTANT
10. CO – MORBID DIAGNOSIS OF PTSD
So this is a list of some of the professional conclusions that MEDLEY arrived at.
There was NOT ONE positive thing that this dreadful man said in my defence. Nothing about the absence of Medical Custody Records, or the altering of Police Custody Records. Hardly anything about the full and open apology from Head of Custody in Nottinghamshire PAUL SAINT.
My MP MARK SPENCERS concerns and involvement.
MEDLEY DID state that I should have found comfort with the behaviour of the Custody Staff – in other words, comfort in being both physically and mentally attacked!!!!!!
Hold on, are you not supposed to be undertaking an open and honest unbiased report for the Courts? – and NOT trying to HELP cover up acknowledged abuse of a vulnerable INNOCENT person?
Don’t forget that you had access to the POLICE STANDARDS DIRECTORATE investigation where THREE Custody Sergeants were found Guilty of Misconduct for their actions toward me. You are supposed to use ALL of the evidence available to you, and NOT just what suits you.
The most worrying thing is that this so called Medical Expert who, as well as “working for the NHS”, moonlights with private consultations on NHS property – also hawks his services on the Law Society Site AND, I am led to believe, actively TEACHS to psychiatry students.
. If you google him you will find other questionable, or I don’t knows that exit his mouth in other cases.
And just a few points for you to ponder.
1. Psychiatrists shall respect the essential humanity and dignity of every patient.
2. Psychiatrists should not exploit patients vulnerability.
3. Psychiatrists should not abuse their professional knowledge and skills for personal gain.
4. Psychiatrists shall comply with ethical principles.
5. Psychiatrists shall maintain the integrity of the medical profession.
There is only ONE medical professional that I trust and that is PAUL DENNIS from Millbrook Mental Health Unit – and for the record, I have sent him a copy letter at my displeasure of DR MEDLEY.
As I sit here typing away in my alter world on the 6th September 2018 I am still waiting to hear if MEDLEY (in the interest of science) will agree to undergo the horrific experience that I did.
Same conditions – same mistreatments – same duration. But from my own extensive experience in the Security Industry, where we met individuals like him regularly – I know, and I think you know, that he is not man enough to step up to the mark. In this world where everyone is entitled to their opinion – mine, is that MEDLEY is nothing more than a dangerous corruptible racist bigot.
Finally, DR MEDLEY, if the truth hurts or offends you, I am quite happy to see you across a Court of Law – but just remember this – I have all the evidence and documentation to back up and support my claims. There are only so many times you can kick this dog.
