By innocently becoming embroiled with an armed drugs gang, the Police, in their wisdom, chose to pursue guilty by association charges against me.
But I had never met these people before – it mattered not – I was the driver so I MUST have known my co accused.
We were at Court one day and there was another removal man in a separate Court facing charges of grand theft and guilty by association when he was hired to carry out a removal. Problem was – was that the owners were away on holiday. The people who hired him were con artists – but according to the Police – he MUST have known them
So, should we ask all removal people if they carry out checks on everybody who says they want their belongings removed,
Every taxi driver that picks up a fare – every bus driver that picks up people at the bus stop – has that person just committed a robbery ? – because if they have – what position does that leave you in?
